Not affiliated with HubSpot
klaryn.ai is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc. “HubSpot” and related marks are trademarks of HubSpot, Inc. Any HubSpot UI paths, property names, limits and help links in our documents are taken from HubSpot’s public documentation index and can change when HubSpot ships a release.
References to hubs, seats, Professional or Enterprise gates, Breeze, Operations Hub custom code, and similar product surfaces are descriptive. Buying a klaryn.ai document does not include HubSpot licences. You buy those from HubSpot (or a partner) under HubSpot’s own terms.
Not legal, tax or compliance advice
Discovery answers about GDPR, TTDSG, HIPAA, BAAs, consent, cookies, Impressum and similar topics are used to shape an operational HubSpot design — forms, subscription types, field-level permissions, a cookie banner in the runbook, and so on. That is not a legal opinion, a DPIA, a DPA, or a substitute for qualified counsel in your jurisdiction.
The GDPR/DACH Compliance Review add-on, when it ships and is purchased, is the same kind of operational document. A DPO or lawyer still has to sign off before you rely on it in an audit.
Outputs are implementation-ready drafts for expert review, not legal or compliance advice.
AI-generated drafts can be wrong
Blueprints, runbooks, scoring tables, custom-object schemas, API payloads and paste-ready workflow code are generated by a language model grounded in HubSpot’s public docs and our own practice frameworks. Grounding reduces invention; it does not eliminate it. Tier gates can still be misread, a nav path can move, and custom code can fail in your portal even when it ran in a sandbox.
You are responsible for verifying every material step against the live HubSpot UI, your contract with HubSpot, and (for custom code) a developer’s review and test. Do not paste generated code into production workflows without reading it.
No professional implementation warranty
Paying for a document does not retain us as your HubSpot partner of record, your data-protection officer, or your developer of record. Optional RevOps services, when scoped in writing, have their own statement of work. Until then, you (or the agency or freelancer you hand the runbook to) perform the build.
We are not liable for HubSpot configuration you apply, emails a workflow sends, or data you import. See the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service.

The Ironwood Field Services ICP, blueprint and runbook on the marketing site are synthetic examples. They are not a real customer’s confidential documents.
