Bring a HubSpot architect in.
Without starting from
a blank page.

klaryn.ai is built so most teams never need a consultant. When they do — contested decisions, a tangled portal, a multi-system program, or RevOps ownership without a hire — senior expertise sits on the same discovery → blueprint → runbook. Nothing is scoped from a slide deck.

The honest splitProduct first

Most engagements don’t need us.
The ones that do, need us at specific points.

The architecture, the first-year HubSpot costs and the click-by-click build already live in the documents. A human is for the conversations and the judgment a file cannot hold.

Four ways to engage

Senior HubSpot help,
only where it changes the outcome

Each engagement is a defined shape, quoted from your discovery — not an open-ended bag of hours. Pick the one that matches the problem; we will say so if another fits better.

01
Strategy

Guided HubSpot discovery & strategy

For leadership in the roomShape facilitated sessions on the product interview

A senior consultant runs the klaryn.ai HubSpot discovery with your stakeholders present — chairing the hard conversations, resolving open items live, and pressure-testing the ICP with leadership before anything is generated.

  • Facilitation across sales, marketing, service and ops — not a questionnaire emailed around
  • Open items closed in the room, or parked with an owner and a date
  • ICP reviewed with leadership before the blueprint is generated
  • Written recommendations on HubSpot hubs, tiers and sequencing

02
Delivery

HubSpot implementation oversight

For your team or freelancer buildingShape phase-gate reviews through UAT

Your people execute the runbook. We review each phase’s Verify checklist, unblock the HubSpot steps that stall a build, and sign off UAT before go-live. Senior assurance — without senior day rates on every click.

  • Phase-by-phase review against the runbook’s Verify lists
  • Unblocking on objects, workflows, custom code and commerce
  • UAT and go-live readiness sign-off
  • Scope changes captured as document updates, not hallway decisions

03
Remediation

HubSpot portal rescue & audit

For a live portal already in troubleShape audit → corrective blueprint → sequenced untangle

For HubSpot CRMs that are already messy: we audit the as-is setup against what discovery says it should be, produce a corrective blueprint, and sequence the untangling so revenue operations never stop mid-fix.

  • As-is vs should-be audit: objects, pipelines, automation, permissions
  • Corrective HubSpot blueprint — what to keep, merge, retire
  • An untangle sequence that does not freeze the live portal
  • Clear owners for data cleanup, rebuilds and communication

04
Ownership

Fractional HubSpot RevOps

For ongoing ownership without a hireShape monthly cadence + quarterly portal audit

Ongoing HubSpot revenue-operations ownership: pipeline hygiene, reporting cadence, automation governance and quarterly portal audits — with the blueprint and runbook as the living system of record, not a folder of stale decks.

  • Pipeline hygiene and stage-gate discipline against the architecture
  • Reporting cadence per role — not another unused dashboard
  • Automation governance so new workflows cannot silently rot the model
  • Quarterly audit against the blueprint, with a stakeholder pack

How it worksScoped from a real picture

Every engagement starts with the free HubSpot discovery

Deliberate: the first conversation with a consultant happens over a real ICP and a real picture of the business — not a capabilities slide. If you already have documents, we work from those. If the portal is the problem, rescue starts with an as-is audit.

  1. 01

Run discovery — or we run it with you

The interview is free. Do it yourself in the workspace, or book guided discovery and we chair it with your leadership in the room.

  2. 02

    Twenty-minute scoping call

We read the ICP or the portal pain first. The call is to confirm the engagement shape, who is in the room, and what “done” looks like.

  3. 03

A written quote. No retainer to start.

Scope and fee in writing, per engagement. Nothing is billed as an open bag of hours, and you do not retain us to have the conversation.

  4. 04

    Work against the documents

Facilitation, review, rescue or ownership — always on the blueprint and runbook. When scope shifts, the documents update. The SOW does not drift.

Who books thisIn-house and partners

Built for operators. Used by agencies too.

For business

Founders and ops leads

You have — or will have — the documents. You need a facilitator for leadership, a reviewer while someone else builds, a rescue on a portal you inherited, or a fractional owner until a hire makes sense.

  • Skip the $5k–$15k planning workshop; keep a human for the hard parts
  • Hand the runbook to a freelancer and keep us on Verify
  • Stop living in a portal nobody can explain
klaryn.ai for business
For agencies

HubSpot partners and studios

Your seniors are the bottleneck. Use the product for the standard book; bring us in for overflow, a named architect when the client asks, or a rescue you do not want on this week’s calendar.

  • Keep the client fee; we cover the spike, not the whole SOW
  • White-label discovery stays yours — we never show up as klaryn.ai to your client unless you want that
  • Same document standard your delivery team already executes
klaryn.ai for agencies
What we will not sellOn purpose

We will not bill you to click through an existing runbook.

Oversight is review and unblock. Rescue is a sequenced untangle. Fractional is a scoped cadence. If the work is “follow the runbook,” that is what the runbook is for — your team, a freelancer, or a partner. Agentic implementation (the runbook executed in the portal) is on the add-ons roadmap.

No day-rate clicking

We do not sit in HubSpot recreating steps the runbook already specifies. That is how agencies burn margin; it is not the engagement.

No retainer to start

The call is free to book. Scope is written, then you decide. Fractional has a cadence; it is not “message us anytime.”

No replacing the product

We do not re-do discovery as a billed workshop if the workspace interview will do. Humans sit on top of the flow, not instead of it.

FAQBefore you book

Service questions

Do I have to buy the blueprint first?

No. Discovery and the ICP are free, and that is usually enough to scope. If you already have a blueprint or runbook, we work from those. Rescue can start from the live portal plus a fresh discovery so the corrective plan is not guesswork.

How are services priced?

Quoted per engagement, in writing, after the scoping call. There is no public day-rate card and no retainer required to start. Fractional RevOps is a scoped monthly cadence, not an open Slack channel. Document prices (blueprint, Blueprint + Runbook) stay on pricing — services are separate.

Can you just build the HubSpot portal for us?

Implementation oversight is review, unblock and UAT sign-off while your team or freelancer executes the runbook. We do not bill to click through steps the runbook already specifies. If you need the build done for you, hand the runbook to a freelancer or partner — or watch the agentic implementation add-on on the roadmap.

What happens on the scoping call?

About 20 minutes, with Christian Geissendoerfer — CEO and consultant, first contact on every engagement. He will have read your ICP or the note you sent. You confirm the engagement shape, who needs to be in the room, and what done looks like. A written quote follows. No sales deck, no credit card to book.

We already know what we want. Can we skip discovery?

We still want the interview — or a rescue audit — because otherwise we are guessing at objects, tiers and sequencing. The product interview is free and replaces weeks of workshops. Guided discovery is for when the interview needs a chair, not for skipping it.

Do you work with agencies as well as in-house teams?

Yes. Agencies use us for overflow, a named architect when a client asks, or a rescue that should not land on this week’s senior calendar. White-label discovery stays on your domain; we do not introduce klaryn.ai to your client unless that is the SOW.

Where are you based, and can this be remote?

klaryn.ai is operated from Germany, with EU hosting. Engagements are remote by default. If a workshop needs to be on-site, that is part of the written quote — not assumed.
