1. The agreement
By creating an account, starting a discovery, or paying for a document, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The service
klaryn.ai is a web application that interviews you about a business and generates planning documents for a HubSpot implementation. Discovery and the Ideal Customer Profile are free. A blueprint, Blueprint + Runbook, add-on modules and Partner Access are paid, at the prices shown on Pricing at the time of checkout. The runbook is never sold on its own — it is generated from a blueprint for that engagement.
Human RevOps consulting, if offered, is a separate engagement and is confirmed in writing. These terms still apply to the software you use alongside that work.
We may change features, models and documentation indexes as the product and HubSpot change. We will not silently convert a free document into a paid one.
3. Accounts
You sign in with an email one-time code, not a password. You are responsible for the inbox you register and for activity under your account. Do not share login codes. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, probes other tenants, or attempts to circumvent billing.
4. Your content and our output
You retain whatever rights you already have in the information you type, upload or import. You grant us a limited licence to process that information solely to provide the service (including sending it to the model provider as described in the Privacy Policy).
You own the documents generated for your account, in the form we deliver them (typically Markdown). You may copy, edit, share and commercialise them for your own business or, if you are an agency, for the client of that engagement. You may not resell the klaryn.ai application itself, scrape it to train a competing model, or present our UI as your own product.
Project vaults are encrypted in your browser. If you lose the vault password we cannot recover the files. That is by design.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, to probe or attack systems you do not own, to generate malware, to impersonate HubSpot or klaryn.ai, or to overload the generators (including automated bulk runs meant to extract the knowledge base). Guest discovery links are for the named client of that engagement, not an open public form.
6. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
Checkout is processed by Stripe. One-time document charges entitle that engagement to the corresponding generation. Partner Access is a monthly subscription billed in advance; you can cancel in the workspace billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not prorated unless the law of your country requires it.
Generated documents are digital goods produced on demand. If generation fails on our side, we will rerun it. If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@sageschema.com within 14 days. EU consumers keep any non-waivable withdrawal rights; because generation starts immediately after payment, you request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends.
7. AI output is a draft
Blueprints, runbooks, custom-code samples, API payloads and similar artefacts are implementation-ready drafts. They can be incomplete, outdated against a HubSpot change, or wrong for your portal’s tier. You (or the implementer you hire) must review them before anything is built in a live HubSpot account. They are not legal, tax, security or compliance advice. The Disclaimer is part of these terms.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the workspace available and to reply to support@sageschema.com within one business day, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned deploys and a watchdog restart the application; a knowledge-base sidecar outage degrades HubSpot lookups rather than taking the app down.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost HubSpot configuration, or data you cannot decrypt because the vault password was lost.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For other claims our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or €100 if you have not paid).
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product (with notice to the account email where we still have it). Sections that by nature should survive — including IP, disclaimer, liability and governing law — do.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers also keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The courts of Germany have jurisdiction, except where a consumer is entitled to sue in their home courts.
The European Commission’s ODR platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to use a consumer arbitration board unless the law requires it.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change, and we will email account holders when a change is material. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request deletion.
